Cancellation Policy

I understand unforeseen circumstances may occur resulting in sessions needing to be cancelled. Due to the nature of my work including preparation and planning for each session as well as it being difficult to fill spots easily when cancellations occur I have the following cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. You can contact me via email on the below details. This will allow me to offer the spot to another client.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
In the event of a no-show or last minute cancellation (within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment) the full fee will be charged.
